Horrible customer service

I purchased a dvd player and went to take off the screen protector only for the tab to get pulled off and leave the film still on the screen. The film was installed before the trim around the screen causing the edge of the film to be inaccessible to peel up. I had to use a razor blade to cut a hole in the film to then get it off, consequently scratching the screen. In communication the whole time with the company they consistently questioned my intelligence basically telling me and have no idea what I’m talking about. Don’t support this company as they don’t stand behind their products or their customers that give them their hard earned money.

While it is not the size I normally get which is a 17.5 this one is not bad. The price was right for me that’s why I purchased it and a back up. It’s a good back up.
