It took me some time to have the camera installed outside, but am very happy with the product, especially for the price. I am very thankful to the person who added information in their review about contacting Spectrum to help set up using 2.4G rather than 5G. I thought my phone wasn't compatible with the BoifunCam app, so am using the CloudEdge app. When I discovered that it is compatible, it was too late, as the camera is already installed and too difficult to take it down to reprogram using the BoifunCam app. I am still learning about the camera.

easy to set up.

the only reason not 5 stars is loses connection with WIFI. hard to reconnect with phone between camera and DSL. it will connect . am gonna try a WIFI booster, it is on order.
